Technical Program Analyst

We are currently seeking energetic Technical Program Analyst to work with our Client Success and Engineering team to help run our development life cycle, support, and QA/UAT process.

What you will do:

– Support – Own all technical support issues. Responsible for investigating, talking to customer, reproing, logging ticket in Jira and working with devs to resolve.

– UAT/QA – Own and manage UAT efforts. Writing test scripts and plan for each major release. Delegate team to test certain elements of the software. Responsible for documenting or ensuring quality of all tickets entered into Jira.

– Data Quality – Continuously review and test data within system and monitor data quality.

– Requirements and Use Case management – Own and manage Jira, our requirements management system. Responsible for documenting clear and detailed business requirements and use cases.

– System Integrations – Own and manage all client system integrations with LeadMethod and other systems including Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP CRM, Marketo, HubSpot and a dozen more. Function does not require coding, but rather system configuration and API management.

– UI/UX – Review and make recommendations to improve UI and UX. Research and make recommendations for best practice around user engagement, conversion, email nurturing, etc.

What you have:

– 1-3 years experience preferably within a software company in a technical support, technical program management, QA/UAT capacity
– Strong problem solving and analytical ability, with track record of “test & learn” mindset
– Ability to successfully initiate, manage, measure and improve technical, support and testing programs

– Communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization

Account Development Reps

We are currently seeking energetic and entrepreneurial Account Development Reps to help drive our growth and work hand in hand with our senior management and account executives to qualify and prospect sales opportunities.

The ADR position will conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their sales/marketing issues and their operations. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization.

What you will do:

– Generate qualified sales opportunities by phone and email
– Qualify inbound leads via phone and email
– Assist in identifying the best outbound sales targets via online directories and web-based research
– Work with account executives to prospect and close deals
– Report on prospecting performance and identifying potential optimizations

What you have:

Demand Generation Manager

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for full lifecycle demand generation and helps to plan, shape, and create ancillary sales and marketing materials. The right candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to become part of a small team with a significant growth opportunity.

What you will do:

Demand Generation
– Designs, executes, and reports on demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales team that align with company annual revenue targets.
– Ensures all company-related activities and events are optimized for awareness and lead generation opportunities.
– Owns the cost per lead (CPL) metric and constantly works to reduce cost while increasing both quantity and quality.

Messaging and Positioning
– Drives the competitive positioning and detailed messaging for all products and services.
– Ensures our stories are powerfully and consistently communicated across all channels, including our website, social media, sales teams, partners, product content, product demos and collateral.

Content Marketing
– Develops, maintains, and executes company editorial calendar including blog, 3rd party publications, and social media channels.
– Helps plan and guide all marketing content based on team needs, client responses, and analytics
– Creates marketing pieces (website content, PDFs, others as needed) to support the needs of the sales team
– Executes the social media marketing plan including influencer identification, amplification, and engagement
– Assists in finding, promoting, and organizing networking and business development opportunities

What you have:

– 3-5 years digital marketing experience in a b2b capacity (SaaS experience a plus)
– Strong problem solving and analytical ability, with track record of “test & learn” mindset
– Ability to successfully initiate, manage, measure and improve demand generation & customer acquisition activities in a B2B environment.

Lead Software Developer

Account Exec – Software Sales

Account Executive based in Bend or Portland Oregon to expand our team of professionals focused on developing and closing new LeadMethod business in target accounts. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-sufficient professional who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you will do:

– Prospect, develop, and close new customers
– Develop and execute on account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential
– Create and deliver accurate forecasts
– Sell the LeadMethod vision to prospects through product demonstrations, events and target-specific initiatives
– Coordinate and work with extended team members to ensure customer satisfaction

What you have:

– A minimum of 5 years of on-quota, B2B software applications sales experience; CRM, SFA, and marketing software sales experience a plus, as is on-demand/SaaS sales experience
– A history of selling licenses/subscriptions to businesses
– Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives
– History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets
– Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
– Teamwork and good communication skills a must
