We recently conducted a survey to more than 1,500 FES distributors to better understand their need for sales technology and process improvement. The message was clear: To stay competitive distributors need to streamline their sales process by connecting their CRM with manufacturers’ lead systems.
Based on there survey responses, here is some key data points:
- 70% of the distributors are currently using a CRM
- 88% of the distributors agree that connecting their CRM to their manufacturers’ systems would be of great benefit
